Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, but we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa, utilizing premium courier partners to ensure your products arrive securely.

Estimated delivery times generally range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your specific region and location. Remote or outlying areas may require additional transit time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aaaenterpriser786@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  

Damages and Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package carefully upon reception. If you notice that your order is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong items due to a shipping error, contact us immediately at aaaenterpriser786@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required to file a courier claim.

Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

Certain destinations or high-risk areas may require alternative delivery arrangements or additional verification. We cannot ship hazardous materials, highly flammable liquids, or compressed gases via standard air freight courier services. If your order contains any restricted items, we will get in touch with you to discuss compliant shipping alternatives.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify a shipping address once an order has been officially dispatched from our facility.
